ANTIFOGMATIC BLISS is our Single Malt Whisky inspired by Clay’s love of the lighter side of Speyside’s “lunchtime” Whiskys. Lightly filtered to round out this smooth sipping Whisky.

Grain Bill: 100% Vancouver Island Grown Barley Malt

Still Type: Pot Still

Number of Times Distilled: Twice

Cask Type: Aged 3 years in American Oak, previously a Russian Imperial Stout aged barrel, then transferred into a Caribbean Rum barrel (with lees) for 2+ more years

Maturation Duration: Our first 5+ year old Whisky release!

ABV: 42%

Tasting Notes

Appearance (colour): Mahogany, clear, semi-slow legs, beading clings to the surface

Honey and crème brulee on the nose, then cooked bananas, vanilla and black treacle on the palate.

What does Antifogmatic mean? Noun. An alcoholic drink taken in the morning to brace oneself before going out into bad weather

3 Sheets to the Moon is our very limited cask strength Whisky. Bottled completely unfiltered, straight from the barrel at 56% abv. We recommend this whisky for the true aficionado.

With a cask strength Whisky, you have control over dilution levels and you're able to tailor your drinking experience to your personal tastes.

This unfiltered whisky has the most depth of flavour and complexity, and will express a wide range of aromas and flavour profiles when diluted to different volumes at different temperatures.

We suggest using mineral or distilled water for dilutions and making ice cubes.
